This shortish walk takes us to the top of the Downs with stunning all round views, and then circles round farmland and through the woods, before recrossing the Downs back to the starting point.

The old oak-beamed Royal Oak Inn dates from the 17th century and began life as a cider house. Food is served every lunchtime, with a wide selection being available on the daily menu.
